What data we process

The data you enter in the contact form: name, organisation, email, sector and your message. When you visit the site, the servers also log technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, arrange the demo and, where relevant, send you a proposal related to what you asked for. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, and then for any period required by law.

Who else has access

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers that act as data processors, such as our web hosting and forms service (Netlify, Inc.) and Google Fonts for the site’s typefaces. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time through the contact form on this website, stating which right you want to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
